Providing optional information is not required for registration or basic use of the Platform.

The Platform provides two gender options (male and female) or the option to leave blank.
This reflects the Church’s biblical belief, based on Genesis 1:27, that God created male and female.
4. Event Check-Ins and Attendance
When attending church services or events, users may be asked to check in. This information is used solely to:
- Maintain accurate attendance records
- Plan future events
- Support church analytics and ministry planning
5. Communications (Email & SMS)
We may use your contact information to send:
- Ministry-related emails
- Church announcements and updates
- Event reminders
- Volunteer coordination updates
- SMS alerts (when enabled)
SMS Messaging and Consent
By providing your phone number through our website or church registration process, you consent to receive informational SMS messages from La Casa Del Padre.

6. Financial Information and Donations
The Platform does not directly collect financial information. (We currently use “Planning Center” to collect donations, tithes, and offerings.)
When online donations are enabled using our platform:
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- The Church does NOT store credit card, bank, or digital wallet information
- Stripe provides confirmation details such as amount, date, and payment method type (not full payment details)
Donation records are accessible only to:
- The individual donor
- Authorized church personnel (e.g., treasurer)
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.
Information is accessible only to vetted and authorized church personnel, such as:
- Administrators
- Treasurer
- Prayer or ministry teams (when applicable)
The only exception is when a user is redirected to Stripe to complete a donation or when SMS is delivered through our messaging provider, solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information. However, no system is completely secure, and users are responsible for protecting their login credentials.
Passwords are encrypted, and no administrator or webmaster can view your actual password.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Platform does not restrict minors from creating accounts. Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children’s use of the Platform.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill church operations, legal requirements, and ministry purposes.
